Schedule an appointment below by selecting the appropriate category. When scheduling, please use the same patient name, email, and phone number each time. Appointment confirmations will be sent to the email address you include. You may check upcoming appointments by selecting "Manage Appointments." Please be aware that appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a late cancellation fee equal to the regular appointment fee. If you have questions or requests around alternative availability, please email info@zeapsychiatry.com with your situation and availability (dates, time ranges).
